What this policy covers
This policy covers the True North Base company website, website check-up requests, and correspondence sent to our company mailbox. Our software products have their own experiences and applicable privacy information. This company-website policy does not describe app account data, Google integrations, or other product-specific processing.
Website check-up form
When you choose “Send my check-up request,” Vercel processes the information you enter and Resend delivers it by email to the True North Base mailbox hosted by Zoho. True North Base uses the request to review your inquiry and reply. The website does not maintain a separate submissions database. Delivery providers may retain email content and delivery records under their own terms.
Information you choose to send
A check-up request may include your name, business name, reply email, public website address, business location or service area, and a description of what you want the website to help the business do. Do not include passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive information.
Public website review
When you request a check-up, True North Base may review pages and business information already available to the public. Observations are used to prepare the requested conversation or check-up and are rechecked before prospect-facing use.
Company and support email
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to answer your question, provide the requested support, or handle your privacy request. Our company mailbox is hosted by Zoho. Send only information relevant to your request, and remove private details from screenshots where possible.
Hosting and abuse prevention
The hosting and delivery providers process technical request and delivery information to operate and secure the website. In the Vercel contact service, an IP-derived identifier is held temporarily in function memory to limit repeated submissions. It is not used as a marketing profile. Sending credentials stay on the server.
Information may be processed where our service providers and authorized operators work. We use hosting, email, and analytics providers for the purposes described on this page. We may also retain or disclose information when necessary to meet applicable legal requirements or protect the security of the service.
Analytics and cookies
This production website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page views, visits, referrers, and page performance, including Core Web Vitals. A lightweight browser beacon sends technical and performance measurements to Cloudflare for this purpose.
Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage to collect usage metrics, does not fingerprint individuals for analytics, and does not collect or use visitors' personal data. Analytics is not enabled in the private review build. The hosting platform may separately process technical request data needed to operate, secure, and diagnose the site.
Retention, access, and deletion
True North Base does not promise one fixed retention period for every inquiry. Form submissions and email correspondence are kept only as needed to respond, manage a potential business relationship, meet legal or accounting duties, and protect legitimate business interests. You may request access to or deletion of information you submitted by using the email address below. Provider-controlled copies may remain for the periods in each provider's terms or backups.

We may need to verify your identity before providing or deleting information. We will consider your request under the applicable law and explain any information we need to retain.
