This page describes how the production website handles check-up requests and technical website data.

Last updated September 5, 2026.

Current check-up form

When you choose “Send my check-up request,” the information you enter is submitted through Netlify Forms and made available to True North Base in a secured submissions dashboard. Netlify acts as the form-processing provider. True North Base uses the submission to review your request and reply, and may receive an email notification about it.

Information you choose to send

A check-up request may include your name, business name, reply email, public website address, and a description of what you want the website to help the business do. Do not include passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive information.

Public website review

When you request a check-up, True North Base may review pages and business information already available to the public. Observations are used to prepare the requested conversation or check-up and are rechecked before prospect-facing use.

Analytics and cookies

No optional analytics service is intentionally activated. The hosting platform may process technical request data needed to operate, secure, and diagnose the site. This page will be updated before any optional analytics or additional processor is enabled.

Retention, access, and deletion

Form submissions and email correspondence are retained only as needed to respond, manage a potential business relationship, meet legal or accounting duties, and protect legitimate business interests. You may request access to or deletion of information you submitted by using the email address below. The responsible legal entity and operating retention schedule will be added before the public production launch.

Questions

Privacy questions can be sent to hello@truenorthbase.com. The responsible legal entity and mailing details will be added before the public production launch.
